Your champion just left.
You found out in October.
The person who bought you, renewed you, and defended you internally moves on, and nobody tells you. CapyScout re-checks your saved contacts, works out where they went, and hands you both halves of the play.
Someone who already ran your product now has budget somewhere new. That is the shortest path to a deal you will get all quarter.
Whoever takes over the role has never met you. Reach them before the renewal conversation starts without an advocate.
Every email to a departed contact is deliverability damage. Contacts are flagged so your outreach stops going nowhere.
How CapyScout notices
A professional profile follows the person. We compare the employer it lists against the company on file, so a move is caught even while the old address still accepts mail.
Where there is no profile on file, a work address that used to deliver and now firmly does not is the tell. Only a definite result counts, never a maybe.
When we can resolve the new employer, the alert says so, and the contact record keeps it. "Moved to Globex" beats "email bounced".
Departures become evidence on the watched account, so if leadership change is one of your signals, it shows up in the score and the Why Now instead of sitting in a side list.
What it costs, plainly
Re-checking a contact costs credits, so this is off until you switch it on. Nothing runs in the background against your balance without you asking.
- - Only contacts that currently look good are re-checked. A contact already flagged is never paid for twice.
- - Longest-unchecked first, on a rolling interval, with a hard cap per run.
- - It stops the moment your balance runs low rather than draining it.
They just work somewhere else now. Find out while it still counts as a warm intro.
