Yes. CapyScout connects through HubSpot's native OAuth and uses standard CRM APIs, so it works on every tier including the free CRM. No Operations Hub or workflow webhooks required.
Will it overwrite data my team entered?
No. CapyScout data lands in namespaced capyscout_* properties by default. Writes to standard HubSpot fields follow your policy - protected, fill-blank-only, or overwrite - configurable per field.
Does pushing a list create duplicates?
No. Companies are matched by domain and contacts by email. Existing records are updated in place; new ones are created only when no match exists.
What permissions does CapyScout request?
Read and write access to companies and contacts, plus their property settings (to create the capyscout_* property group). Nothing else - no lists, workflows, deals, or emails. CapyScout never deletes records, and you can disconnect anytime.
Can it enrich the companies already in my portal?
