Your CRM already knows who.
CapyScout watches for when.
Connect HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Attio once. Every company your team adds is pulled in automatically and monitored for buying signals - funding, hiring, reviews, leadership changes, competitor moves. No list building, no exports, no maintenance.
CapyScout checks your CRM every night, pulls in companies it has not seen before, and starts watching them - hands-off.
Catch buying windows on open deals and expansion or churn-risk signals on existing customers - from the same connection.
Monitor new companies immediately, or set review-first and approve them from a pending queue. Flip it off anytime.
How it works
-
1
Connect with OAuth. One click for HubSpot, Pipedrive, or Attio from the Integrations page. No API keys, no CSV exports.
-
2
Turn on auto-import. Choose monitor-immediately or review-first. Every night CapyScout pulls in companies your team added and starts scanning. There is a Pull now button when you cannot wait.
-
3
Work the signals, not the list. When something changes, the account surfaces with a short Why Now and a drafted outreach angle - in your dashboard, your inbox, Slack, or Teams. Enrichment and ICP grades sync back to the CRM record.
What it catches while you work
The accounts were already in your CRM. Nobody was watching them.
Why now: raised a Series B and opened six sales roles two weeks after your rep's last touch. Budget just arrived.
Why now: new VP of Operations started last month - your champion's boss changed. Time for a check-in before renewal.
Why now: the competitor they chose was just dropped from their site scripts. The replacement window is open again.
- - Reps set follow-up tasks and hope the timing works out.
- - Closed-lost deals go dark forever.
- - Customer changes surface at renewal - or in the churn email.
- - Someone exports the CRM to a spreadsheet twice a year to "re-prioritize".
- - Every CRM company is scanned on a schedule, automatically.
- - Closed-lost accounts come back when the window reopens.
- - Customer risk and expansion signals surface as they happen.
- - Reps just add records to the CRM like they always have.
CRM signal monitoring FAQ
Which CRMs are supported?
HubSpot, Pipedrive, and Attio - all through native OAuth, on every plan tier of each CRM. No CRM? Upload a CSV or paste a list and monitoring works the same way.
Does it import my whole CRM?
Only what fits your plan's monitoring cap, and only companies CapyScout has not seen before. Auto-import never blows past your limits - if you are near the cap, new companies queue instead. You can also set review-first so nothing is monitored without your approval.
What signals does it watch for?
Funding rounds, hiring surges, leadership changes, tech stack and website changes, review and rating moves, competitor mentions, and more. Each hit comes with a source and a short Why Now note, and re-scans run daily or weekly depending on your plan.
Does anything get written back to my CRM?
Only if you want it. Enrichment, ICP grades, and Why Now notes land in namespaced CapyScout fields; writes to standard fields follow your per-field policy - protected, fill-blank-only, or overwrite. CapyScout never deletes records.
Where do the alerts go?
Your dashboard and daily digest by default, plus Slack, Teams, email, Zapier, or any webhook - routed by rules you define, like "funding signals on open deals go to #sales".
