Pick the moment. We reach out when it happens.
A signal campaign starts itself. When its moment happens at a company you watch, or an agent finds a new company showing it, we find the right person and draft an email or LinkedIn touch that opens with it. Approve it and CapyScout sends it from your own Gmail, Outlook, or LinkedIn - paced, warmed up, and stopped the moment they reply.
7-day free trial. No credit card.
Up to three signals: a new VP, a funding round, a hiring push, a stack change. That is the campaign's trigger.
From accounts you watch, and from agents that find new companies showing the same moment. Each arrives with the date and source.
We find the title you target, verify the email, and draft a message that opens with the moment, in your voice. You approve it in Today.
Follow-ups stay in the same thread. Replies land in one inbox and stop the sequence automatically.
Email from your own inbox
- + Connect Gmail or Outlook - replies come back to you, not a shared domain.
- + New inboxes warm up from 5 a day and ramp as sends stay clean.
- + Daily caps per inbox, spread through the day, with your signature.
- + Follow-ups thread under the first email with a matching subject.
LinkedIn, approved step by step
- + Connection requests and messages go out from your own LinkedIn account.
- + Messages wait until the invite is accepted, then continue the sequence.
- + Weekly invite caps and automatic cool-downs when LinkedIn pushes back.
- + Replies on LinkedIn show up in the same inbox as email replies.
- + See who reacts to posts from competitor pages you pick, and add them to a campaign (Growth and Scale).
You decide what sends, and when.
Every campaign sends only on the days and hours you pick, in your time zone. CapyScout will not contact the same person from two campaigns at once and respects your suppression list. Want it hands-free? After 10 reviewed sends, turn on automatic sending for email steps - it stays under your daily cap and switches itself off on bounces, negative replies, or opt-outs. You see results per step - sent, accepted, replied, positive - so you know which signals are worth acting on.
Common questions
What is a signal campaign?
A campaign that starts itself. You pick up to three signals, like a funding round or a new VP of Sales. When one happens at a company you watch, or an agent finds a new company showing it, the company joins the campaign, we find the right person, and draft a message that opens with that moment. You can still run manual campaigns for lists you already have.
What does each lead cost?
About 13 credits ($0.13) for a person with a verified email: 10 to find them and 3 to verify. Watching the account is covered by monitoring, and drafting is included. Each campaign has a monthly budget for finding people.
Does CapyScout send messages without my approval?
Not by default. Every email and LinkedIn step is a draft until you approve it. After 10 reviewed sends, a campaign can opt into automatic sending for email steps: it only sends inside your send window and time zone, up to a daily cap you set, and switches itself off on bounces, negative replies, or opt-outs. LinkedIn steps always wait for you.
Which plans include sending?
Email sending is on every paid plan: one inbox on Lite, two on Growth, three on Scale. LinkedIn sending is on Growth (one seat) and Scale (two seats).
What happens during the trial?
The agent writes every draft so you can judge the quality. You copy drafts into your own email or LinkedIn; sending from CapyScout starts when you pick a plan.
Can I pitch more than one product?
Yes. Each campaign can be tied to one product with its own target titles, voice, and sending inbox, and results are reported per product.
Do I still need Outreach, Instantly, or a separate sequencer?
Not for signal-based outreach. If you already run a sequencer, you can push accounts and contacts to your CRM or Apollo instead and keep sending there.
