Does CapyScout work with every Pipedrive plan?
Yes. CapyScout connects through Pipedrive's native OAuth and uses standard API endpoints, so it works on every plan from Essential through Enterprise. No add-ons required.
Will it overwrite data my team entered?
No. All enrichment lands in namespaced "CapyScout ..." custom fields created automatically on connect. The only standard field CapyScout touches is the organization name - written on create, and on update only if you switch the writeback policy to overwrite.
Does pushing a list create duplicates?
No. Organizations are matched by domain and persons by email. Existing records are updated in place; new ones are created only when no match exists.
What permissions does CapyScout request?
Read and write access to contacts (organizations and persons), contact field settings to create its custom fields, and search. Nothing else - no deals, leads, activities, or emails. CapyScout never deletes records, and you can disconnect anytime.
Can CapyScout enrich the organizations already in my Pipedrive?
Yes. Pull enrichment finds organizations CapyScout has not enriched yet (or not in the last 30 days), resolves each company's domain from the CapyScout Domain field or a linked person's work email, researches it, and fills the CapyScout fields. Run a one-record test to see the exact per-field diff first, or a preview batch that writes nothing.
