Every plan includes unlimited seats, so there is no reason to share one login or leave anyone out.
Send an invite
Go to Settings, open Members, type a teammate's email, and send. They receive an email with a secure link to join your account.
What happens on their end
- If they already have a CapyScout login, the link adds them to your account straight away.
- If they are brand new, the link walks them through a quick signup and then drops them into your account.
Anyone you have invited but who has not joined yet appears in your Members list, where you can resend the email or revoke the invite. Invites are good for 14 days.
