A playbook is a ready-to-use template for a common decision, like screening a signup, briefing a sales rep, or spotting a company that is shopping for an alternative to a competitor. Each one takes an email or a company and returns a scored Brief you can act on. There are three ways to use one.
Try it
Run a playbook on a single email and read the Brief in a few seconds. This is how most people start, and it is handy for one-off checks when a lead lands in your inbox.
Automate it
Build a workflow so every matching Brief goes where it should on its own. High-fit leads can post to a sales channel in Slack, updates can flow into your CRM, and low-quality signups can be filtered out before anyone sees them.
Connect it
Point your signup form or app at a playbook so it runs automatically on every new signup, newsletter opt-in, or lookup. You call the REST API or the MCP server, and a workflow decides what happens next.
