Review the first messages. Then let it run.
Email, calls and LinkedIn in one campaign. Every message opens with a real reason and sends from your own inbox, until it is proven and can run on its own.

Every message has a reason to exist.
Start with people who already know you.
Former customers and lost deals, companies visiting your website, your LinkedIn connections, or a daily feed of new companies. Each source builds a campaign in one click.
Reports show your own warm and cold reply rates side by side.
Messages that open with the reason.
We find the person you sell to, verify the email and draft a message that opens with what changed: a new hire, a funding round, a visit to your pricing page.
Every draft waits in Tasks. Approve, edit or skip.
Email and LinkedIn from you, not a shared domain.
Connect Gmail or Outlook and LinkedIn. New inboxes warm up from 5 a day, follow-ups stay in the same thread, and LinkedIn messages wait until the invite is accepted.
Replies on either channel land in one inbox and stop the campaign for that person.
Proven campaigns run as Agents.
Each campaign shows sent, replied, accepted and meetings, and how often you edited a draft. After 10 messages you approved and barely changed, switch it to Agent.
It sends only on the days and hours you pick, never contacts someone from two campaigns at once, and pauses itself if anything looks wrong.
Common questions
What is a signal campaign?
A campaign that starts itself. You pick up to three signals, like a funding round or a new VP of Sales. When one happens at a company you watch, or an agent finds a new company showing it, the company joins the campaign, we find the right person, and draft a message that opens with that moment. You can still run manual campaigns for lists you already have.
Can I start with warm leads instead of a cold list?
Yes. Start a campaign from former customers (Stripe, your CRM or a CSV), companies visiting your website, your LinkedIn connections who fit your ideal customer, or people engaging with LinkedIn posts about your topic. Each one gets messages written for that audience, and you see reply rates for warm and cold side by side.
What does each lead cost?
About 13 credits ($0.13) for a person with a verified email: 10 to find them and 3 to verify. Watching the account is covered by monitoring, and drafting is included. Each campaign has a monthly budget for finding people.
Does CapyScout send messages without my approval?
Not at first. Every email and LinkedIn step is a draft until you approve it. On Basic, Growth and Scale, after 10 messages you approved with few edits, you can switch a campaign to Agent: it sends only inside your send window and time zone, up to a daily cap you set, keeps LinkedIn within its weekly limits (LinkedIn sending is on Basic, Growth and Scale), and switches itself off on bounces, negative replies, or opt-outs.
Which plans include sending?
Email and LinkedIn sending start on Basic: one inbox and one LinkedIn account on Basic, two of each on Growth, five of each on Scale. On Lite, drafts open in your own email app.
What happens during the trial?
The agent writes every draft so you can judge the quality. You copy drafts into your own email or LinkedIn; sending from CapyScout starts when you pick a plan.
Can I pitch more than one product?
Yes. Each campaign can be tied to one product with its own target titles, voice, and sending inbox, and results are reported per product.
Do I still need Outreach, Instantly, or a separate sequencer?
Not for signal-based outreach. If you already run a sequencer, you can push accounts and contacts to your CRM or Apollo instead and keep sending there.
Start with a reason, not a list.
Pick a source, approve the first messages, and switch it to Agent when it works.
