Actions in Slack run as you: drafts you approve send from your own inbox, and only your own campaigns are yours to change. For that, CapyScout needs to know which CapyScout login belongs to you in Slack.
Automatic, by email
When the app is installed and when you open its Home tab, we match people in Slack to members of your CapyScout workspace by their verified work email. If your Slack email and your CapyScout login are the same, you are already linked and there is nothing to do.
When the emails differ
Type /capyscout link in Slack. CapyScout replies with a one-time link only you can see. Open it, sign in to CapyScout, and you are linked. The link expires after a short time; just run the command again if it does.
Not a member of the CapyScout workspace yet?
Ask an owner or admin of your CapyScout workspace to invite you from Team settings, then run /capyscout link. Until you are linked, Slack shows you a Link your CapyScout login button instead of your work.
