Your day in Slack

A morning DM with your drafts, replies and tasks, at 8:30 your time.

Your day is a short DM CapyScout sends each workday at 8:30 in your own time zone. It only arrives when something is waiting, and its counts match Home and Tasks in the app.

Drafts to review

For campaigns in Review each, each draft shows the company, the person, the step, the reason to reach out now, and the first lines of the message. You can:

  • Approve and send - sends from your own inbox with the same checks as the app (do-not-contact, overlap with teammates, and the pre-send email check).
  • Edit - opens the subject and body in Slack, then approve or save.
  • Skip - drops this step for this person.
  • Snooze 1 day - brings it back tomorrow.

After you act, the card updates in place, for example Sent by you at 9:12.

Replies

When someone replies to one of your campaigns, you get a DM with the reply type (Interested, Question, Referral, Not now, Out of office, Not interested). Mark it handled, change the type, set a resume date for not now or out of office, add a referral to the campaign, or open it in Inbox. Out-of-office auto-replies never DM you; they just pause the steps for that person.

Tasks

Calls, visits and other task steps show their instructions and a Mark done button. CapyScout never makes calls or visits for you.

Turn it off or change it

Open CapyScout in Slack, go to the Home tab, and use the settings section to turn Your day off or choose which DMs you get. Your team settings are not affected.
