Each person's own work - drafts, replies, tasks - always goes to them by DM. Channels get what the whole team should see. Owners and admins choose where each kind of update goes.
Open the settings
Type /capyscout settings in Slack, or open the CapyScout Home tab. For each kind of update, pick a channel or turn it off:
- Signals - signal cards for companies you watch.
- Wins - interested replies and booked meetings, without the message text. Off until you turn it on.
- Weekly scoreboard - Monday morning: sent, replies and meetings per person, and the top campaign.
- Daily digest - a short summary of yesterday's campaign activity.
- Daily searches - new companies from your daily searches and daily feeds.
Anything without its own channel goes to the team channel you picked when you installed the app.
A channel for one campaign
A campaign can post its replies, wins and health alerts to its own channel. Open the campaign, go to Campaign Settings, and pick the Slack channel there.
Private channels
To use a private channel, invite the app first: type /invite @CapyScout in that channel, then pick it in the settings.
