Connect your inbox and LinkedIn

Send from your own address and profile, warmed up and paced like a person.

On paid plans, approved messages send from your own inbox and your own LinkedIn. On the free trial, an approved email opens in your email app ready to send, and LinkedIn steps wait in Tasks with the message ready to paste.

Connect an inbox

Open Integrations and connect Gmail, Outlook or any IMAP mailbox. Then set:

  • From name - the name people see.
  • Signature - used on every email unless a campaign sets its own in Campaign Settings.
  • Booking link and reply instructions - used when we draft answers to replies.
  • Email footer (Integrations > Email footer) - your company and mailing address, added to every email with a "Prefer not to hear from me? Unsubscribe." line. Agent mode needs it.

You can also turn on a one-click unsubscribe header per inbox. It is off by default.

Warm-up and pacing

A new inbox starts at 5 emails a day and steps up after clean sending days until it reaches the daily limit you set. Already sending from it every day? Skip the warm-up. Sends are spread through the workday, and a reply or bounce stops that person. See Bounces and do-not-contact.

Connect LinkedIn

Connect your LinkedIn account under Integrations. We read your plan (free, Premium, Sales Navigator or Recruiter) and your InMail credits from LinkedIn, and keep invites and messages inside safe weekly limits for that plan, starting slowly on a new connection. You can see and change the plan on the LinkedIn card.

A LinkedIn InMail step sends a normal message when you are already connected, an InMail through Sales Navigator or Premium when you are not, and a connection request when no InMails are left.

Teams

Each person connects their own inbox and LinkedIn, and a campaign sends from its owner's accounts. Owners and admins can also share an inbox with the whole workspace.
