Working your Tasks

Approve drafts, answer replies and do your calls from one list.

Tasks collects everything due today across your campaigns: drafts to approve, replies to answer, calls to make, LinkedIn steps, contact forms and posts worth a comment. Drafts for the next day and a half are written ahead, so they are ready when you open it.

Approve, edit or rewrite

Open a task to see the person, their why now and the draft. Edit it in place, or press Rewrite for three new versions on different angles, then improve one in a short chat. Ideas suggests other angles for this person. Nothing sends until you approve.

Missing a contact

When we could not find an email or LinkedIn profile, press Find contact, or Find all for the whole list. For new businesses, Use website email uses the inbox their own site publishes.

Change the timing

Skip to this step jumps a person to a later step and makes it due now. End sequence stops them, with Undo in case you change your mind.

Replies

Each reply arrives with its type (interested, question, not now and so on) and a drafted answer using your booking link. Edit it and press Send; it goes out in the same thread. See Replies and meetings.

Calls, forms and comments

Call tasks show the number when we have it. Contact form tasks offer Copy and open form, then Mark sent. LinkedIn post tasks have a drafted comment you can post or mark done.
