Review each or Agent: how campaigns send

Approve every message, or let a proven campaign send on its own.

Each campaign has one control for how it sends. Change it from the campaign header.

  • Manual - you do every step yourself. CapyScout keeps the list and the timing.
  • Review each - every message is a draft in Tasks until you approve it, then it sends from your inbox or LinkedIn. New campaigns start here.
  • Agent - the campaign sends on its own, within a daily limit you set.

What Agent needs

Agent unlocks per campaign, once it has proven itself:

  • A paid plan and the campaign set to Active.
  • A connected inbox for the campaign owner and your email footer filled in (when it has email steps).
  • 10 messages from this campaign that you approved yourself.
  • Few edits: under 30% of the last 10 drafts you approved were changed.
  • No recent run of bounces, unsubscribes or angry replies.

The campaign page shows each check and how to finish it. LinkedIn steps can join Agent too once a LinkedIn account is connected; otherwise they keep waiting in Tasks.

What Agent never does

  • Email an address nobody has confirmed. Those wait in Tasks for you.
  • Make calls or fill in contact forms. Those are always yours.
  • Message someone flagged as already contacted by another of your campaigns, until you choose Keep them.

A run of bounces, opt-outs or negative replies pauses Agent and tells you why.
